Terms of service

1. What you're buying

Coaching and exam-preparation services as described on the services & pricing page: live one-to-one sessions, assigned practice material, and between-session support as included in your package. You are buying preparation and guidance: not certification, not eligibility, and not a guaranteed result (see the disclaimer).

2. Booking and payment

Packages are paid in full before the first session; single sessions and add-ons are paid before they take place. Prices are in US dollars. Payment methods are confirmed individually when you enquire, since the best option varies by country. A booking is confirmed once payment has arrived and we've agreed the schedule.

3. Scheduling, rescheduling, lateness

Sessions are booked at times we agree together, across time zones. Life happens. You can reschedule a session at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, may be counted as used, at my reasonable discretion (genuine emergencies are treated like the humans we are). If I ever need to reschedule, you'll get the same courtesy and the session is never lost.

4. Refunds

Refund terms are agreed in writing before any package purchase, so there are never surprises. If you have any concern after starting, tell me promptly; fair solutions are always available for genuine situations. (A formal published refund policy is being finalised; until then, the written pre-purchase agreement governs.)

5. Your part

Coaching works when you do the work: attend sessions, attempt the assigned practice, and be honest about what's hard. I'll always be honest with you in return, including about your readiness.

6. Materials

Coaching materials I share with you are for your personal study only; please don't redistribute or resell them. Equally important: I never use, request, or accept real or recalled certification-exam questions. They're confidential and copyrighted, and sharing them harms everyone, so please don't bring them to sessions ("what was on your exam" stays unasked and unanswered).

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
