What to expect
Here's exactly how working together goes, from your first message to exam day. No surprises, no pressure, and you always know the next step.

Start with a free readiness check
Not sure where you stand, or whether coaching is even worth it for you? Begin with a free readiness check: a short set of questions that shows you where you're strong and where the gaps are. It's free, it's quick, and there's no obligation to go any further.
Tell me about your exam
Send a short message: where you trained, which exam you're writing, and when. I read every enquiry myself and reply personally, usually within one to two days. If we're a good fit and you're close to starting, we'll set up a short call so you can ask me anything before you decide. No pressure and no sales pitch.
Choose your coaching and book a time
When you're ready, you book the six-session package and pick your first time slot. I'll walk you through payment, which works from outside Canada, and answer any questions before anything is confirmed.
Your personal assessment
Before our first session you complete a short assessment: a set of practice questions across the exam topics, plus a couple of scenario questions you answer in your own words. I review all of it beforehand, so I arrive already knowing where to focus. We don't waste a minute of your paid time figuring out where you stand.
Session 1: your plan
Our first hour is not a getting-to-know-you chat. We go through what your assessment revealed, I listen to how you reason through a few questions, and together we build a clear, written study plan around your specific weak spots. You leave knowing exactly what to do next.
Sessions 2 to 5: the real work
Each session targets a weak area. We review the practice you got wrong, because that's where the learning is, and I show you how to reason through it the way the exam expects. We work on the things a question bank can't teach: critical thinking, and the English and cultural nuance that trip people up. You get practice and support between sessions too.
Final session and exam day
We finish with a timed practice run and debrief, exam-day strategy, and a calm, honest confidence check. Then you write your exam, and I'm in your corner. Many students stay in touch afterwards, and some come back for a top-up session or two.
